Article 8 Resolutely protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises. When wire and cable enterprises are infringed on their rights and interests in production, operation, and foreign trade activities or encounter foreign anti-dumping disputes, etc., China Machinery Industry Federation participates in or entrusts relevant industry organizations to coordinate and deal with them and support the Infringing enterprise rights protection litigation; support enterprises to file anti-dumping investigations with relevant government departments, support the adoption of safeguard measures, support anti-dumping response, and safeguard rights in accordance with the law.
