AJ5000 intelligent insulation resistance tester adopts advanced single-chip control process, man-machine interface dialogue, easy to carry, simple operation; built-in high-performance large-capacity rechargeable battery, AC and DC dual purpose, and equipped with undervoltage protection and battery overcharge protection. This instrument can automatically display the current time, save historical test data and time, which provides greater convenience for the test personnel.
Because the charging current directly affects the insulation value test of the large-capacity capacitive test product, a large charging current is required. The stronger the charging ability, the closer the test value to the true value. The short-circuit current of AJ5000 is greater than 5mA, which overcomes the short-circuit current of ordinary megohmmeters, such as small short-circuit current, inaccurate testing, and easy interference.
When testing the insulation resistance of large-capacity power equipment, the insulation resistance value is related to the time of pressurization. The longer the pressurization time, the higher the insulation resistance value. This phenomenon is called insulation absorption.
