AJBX variable frequency series resonance is composed of variable frequency power supply, excitation transformer (also called excitation transformer), reactor and capacitive voltage divider. The capacitor and reactor of the tested product form a series resonance connection; a voltage divider is connected in parallel to the tested product to measure the resonance voltage on the tested product and make an overvoltage protection signal; the frequency-modulated power output is coupled to the excitation transformer The series resonance circuit provides excitation power for series resonance. Use the excitation transformer to excite the series resonant circuit, adjust the output frequency of the variable frequency controller, make the loop inductance L and the sample C resonate in series, and the resonance voltage is the voltage applied to the sample.
AJBX series generator power frequency withstand voltage test device adopts the working mode of multi-section reactors in parallel, adjusts the inductance of the adjustable reactor, and achieves the resonance state by paralleling different sections of fixed reactors. According to the size of the test capacity, reasonably configure fixed reactors and adjustable reactors of different capacities, thereby reducing the power capacity and the volume and weight of the test equipment. Features
1. The overall weight of the equipment is greatly reduced by the AC withstand voltage test of the generators of the same voltage level and the same capacity. 4. Equipped with dry column voltage regulator, with good output waveform and good stability;
5. The inductance configuration of the fixed reactor and the adjustable reactor is reasonable, and it has a good resonance point for the test product of different capacitance, and there is no resonance blind zone;
6. The operating system can not only adjust the voltage and inductance, but also monitor the power factor, high-voltage side current, high-voltage test voltage, low-voltage output voltage, and air gap rise and fall of the circuit in real time. It has overcurrent and overvoltage protection.
